Ready-Mix Concrete Supply
Our ready-mix line covers standard and high-strength concrete from 2,500 to 6,000 psi, with air entrainment for freeze-thaw durability and retarders for long hauls. Each load leaves the plant with a printed batch ticket listing the mix number, target slump, water-cement ratio and admixture doses. We serve foundations, footings, driveways, sidewalks, tilt walls and warehouse floors across the Salt Lake Valley, and we hold a current submittal package for projects that need one.
On-Site Concrete Pumping
Our pump crews place concrete where the chute cannot reach. We run boom pumps for elevated decks and line pumps for tight residential lots and basement walls. The pump operator coordinates directly with the finishing crew so the discharge rate matches the strike-off, which keeps cold joints and honeycomb out of the work. We size the pump and the hose run before the pour day, not on the morning of the pour.
Custom Mix Design
Every project gets a mix built for its real exposure. We start with local aggregate gradations, set the water-cement ratio for the required strength and permeability, and dose admixtures for set time, air and workability. We cast and break trial cylinders so the strength curve is known before the first structural load. Whether the job is a footings package in the valley or a slab at the mouth of the canyon, the design fits the site.
Aggregate and Sand Delivery
Beyond ready-mix, we deliver screened sand, washed concrete sand, crushed gravel and base course. Clean, graded stock arrives by the tandem load for road base, drainage beds, pipe bedding and backfill lifts. We can stage material on site ahead of a pour so the grading crew is never waiting on a truck, and we document the gradation of each product we ship.
Curing and Sealing Programs
The cure decides whether the design strength is reached. We apply evaporation retarders on hot and windy afternoons, run wet curing and curing blankets on structural work, and apply membrane sealers and surface hardeners where the owner wants a durable finish. Each program sets the method, the duration and the protection temperature so the slab gains strength at the rate the design assumed.
Structural Slab Pouring
From post-tension foundation mats to elevated structural decks, we plan the trucks, the pump and the finishing crew as one sequence. Pour-joint locations, flatness tolerances and the strike-off plan are set before the first truck rolls. We stage the loads so the placement is continuous, and we keep a supervisor on site through the finish to keep the surface on grade and on schedule.
