Before you send a ticket, these are the three questions our batch office hears most often from builders across the Salt Lake Valley.
How far in advance should I schedule a pour?
For a standard ready-mix load, two to three business days is usually enough. For large structural slabs, pump placements or custom mix designs, give us at least one week so we can approve the design, reserve the pump and lock the truck sequence. During the busy autumn window, earlier is always better.
What areas do you deliver to?
We serve West Valley City and the wider Salt Lake Valley, including nearby communities along the I-215 and I-15 corridors. If your site sits outside our standard radius, send the address with your ticket and the office will confirm delivery and any haul adjustment.
Can you match a specification or existing mix?
Yes. Send the specification section, the required strength and the exposure class, and our designer will build a mix to match or exceed it. If you have cylinder break records from an existing project, include them and we will align the new design with the proven performance.

Triple O Concrete LLC operates from West Valley City, Utah, where the batching tower, the aggregate stockpiles and the dispatch office sit on the same site. Visitors are welcome during business hours, but please call ahead so a member of the team can meet you at the gate and walk you through the plant safely. Delivery drivers should use the designated entrance and check in at the office before entering the yard.
